The workshop is designed to help participants:
1) Identify the role of emotional intelligence in clinical supervisor identity development.  
2) Identifying & defining strategies for increasing emotional intelligence as it relates to supervision. 
3) Utilizing supervision outcome surveys to facilitate growth as a supervisor. 

PRESENTER:

Letitia Huger-Hill, LCMHC-S, BC-TMHP is is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Emotional Intelligence Coach based in North Carolina. She has over 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with mental health disorders. Her career began in research with Duke University Medical Center in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry division. She administered psychiatric assessments and inventories to children with disruptive behaviors and anxiety. Letitia conducts comprehensive assessments along with counseling children, adolescents, and adults through providing psycho education of mental health diagnosis, parenting skills training, stress management, communication and assertiveness training as well as emotion regulation and anger management.  She is the owner and operator at Positive Redirection, PLLC. Letitia also provides nationwide workshops on parenting, relationships, balancing work and life, and symptom management.  Letitia also provides online counseling as well as online clinical supervision.
