EVENT:

The workshop is designed to help participants:

1. Participants will explore how Profit, Intake, Marketing, Service Delivery, and Human Resources form the essential foundation for launching and sustaining a counseling practice.

2. Participants will focus on profit by identifying three potential revenue streams for their practice and applying simple financial formulas to assess sustainability and profitability.

3. Participants will gain a toolkit of practical resources; including articles, checklists, software recommendations, and referral networks that will guide the launch and ongoing management of a successful private or group practice.

4. Participants will explore common seasonal patterns in client attendance (e.g., holidays and summer months) and learn strategies to stabilize income, forecast revenue, and adjust service delivery within a self-pay model.

PRESENTER:

Sheila Maitland, LCMHCS, is a seasoned clinician and executive coach who brings a unique, experiential approach to leadership development. At RelationshipEnrichmentCenter.com, she offers executive coaching and training programs designed to help leaders grow through the lens of recovery. This powerful framework draws from principles of emotional regulation, resilience, and relational awareness—core elements often used in personal healing—and applies them to the challenges of leadership.

Through experiential methods, Sheila helps leaders move beyond surface-level strategies and instead engage in deeper self-awareness, mindful decision-making, and healthier relationship dynamics within their teams. Her approach encourages executives to recognize patterns, manage stress, and lead with authenticity and accountability. The result is not just improved performance, but a more sustainable and human-centered leadership style.

Training sessions at the Relationship Enrichment Center are immersive and dynamic, often incorporating techniques from trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and attachment theory. Whether working with individual leaders or entire teams, Sheila empowers professionals to lead from a place of wholeness, integrity, and emotional intelligence. By reframing leadership through the lens of recovery, she creates space for transformational growth that impacts both organizational culture and personal fulfillment.
