1. Participants will discover the differences between Ethical Standards and Boundaries.
2. Participants will identify how the Supervisee and Supervisor differ in professional responsibilities and behavior.
3. Participants will explore several useful boundaries and the techniques to use during the course of the Supervision relationship. A case study will be included.

Dianne Taylor Dougherty, MS, CAGS, LCMHC-S is a counselor, writer and speaker in Raleigh, NC with degrees from UNC-Greensboro, East Carolina University, Western Carolina University, and European Graduate School, Switzerland. Dianne Taylor Dougherty, LCMHCS is a published poet and enjoys gardening, playing the piano and painting landscapes of North Carolina. She is an advocate for the Counseling Profession both legislatively and publicly on the state and national level. She has served on the Board of Directors of North Carolina Counseling Association, NC Symphony Friends, and Licensed Professional Counselors Association of North Carolina, serving as President 2010-2012.
