Program Description:
This training will review clinical goals for supervisees to work towards and review clinical areas that are “must haves” for people entering the field. We will look at core competencies and how to continuously evaluate both the supervisee and supervisor.

1. Participants will be able to list 3 techniques to teach supervisees to help with client engagement.
2. Participants will be able to list 2 ways to utilize video/audio to help supervisees develop self-awareness.
3. Participants will be able to identify an objective and intervention to teach supervisees to help the with treatment planning for anxiety.
