The session also introduces the foundational principles of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Attendees will leave with a clearer framework for identifying OCD patterns and an introductory understanding of how ERP supports recovery.\n\n\n\n\Details:\nAdam Brandt, Ph.D. holds a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton and a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling and Counselor Education from North Carolina State University. He has clinical experience working with college students, adults, and teenagers. His clinical expertise is in obsessive-compulsive disorder, existential issues, and psycho-spiritual concerns. Adam's research interests include Buddhist psychology and the intersection of faith and multicultural development. He is also the recipient of the 2022 ASERVIC Research Award.
